UFFIZI + DAVID & ACCADEMIA - PRIVATE TOUR

City Florence Tours invites you to discover the most visited art galleries in Florence as well as two of the most visited in the world, accompanied by a local private guide who will allow you to admire the most important and significant works, appreciating art and history of the Italian Renaissance. As part of a private visit, you will reach the highest quality of the service offered, the guide will pay attention to your every single request, trying to establish a relationship that is much more confidential than what can be done in a group tour. The private guided tour will guarantee you priority entry for both galleries without having to wait in the long queues. The first stop of this private tour will be the Uffizi Gallery, through the pictorial collections contained within it, you will be able to admire the masterpieces of Renaissance artists and protagonists such as Michelangelo and his TONDO DONI the only painting made on wood by the Florentine genius, Botticelli and his two most interesting works such as THE BIRTH OF VENUS and THE SPRING, Caravaggio and his SHIELD WITH THE HEAD OF MEDUSA, Leonardo da Vinci and the extraordinary ANNUNCIATION, continuing with Raphael, Giotto and many others. At the end of the visit the guide will take you to the Accademia Gallery, along a route that will allow you to cross the city, admiring its beauty from the outside, you will walk from Piazza Della Signoria (where you can admire one of the two copies of the David) in Piazza del Duomo, passing by via dei Calzaiuoli and admiring the entire church complex. After this short walk, you will arrive in front of the second most visited museum in Florence to discover the Michelangelo's David, the most famous Florentine symbol. The gallery is one of the places with the highest number of sculptures made  by Michelangelo, here you can admire the museum of musical instruments, the collection of paintings with a golden background and the Sala dei Prigioni with sculptures designed for Pope Julius II, but obviously the visit will focus more on the most relevant work of art, THE DAVID. A marble sculpture (520 cm high) made by Michelangelo Buonarroti between 1501 and the beginning of 1504, considered a masterpiece of world sculpture, is one of the emblems of the Renaissance and symbol of Florence and Italy all over the world. At the end of the guided tour you will be able to stay inside the gallery continuing to explore it freely without time limits.
