Today, however, in addition to representing one of the most important tourist attractions of inestimable historical and cultural value, it is also the seat of the Municipality of Florence. Entering inside the museum, you will visit the private rooms of the Grand Dukes of the Medici family, entirely renovated by Giorgio Vasari, and the rooms of the Government of the Italian Republic. Subsequently, the guide will show you the main attraction of the building, namely Salone dei 500, frescoed entirely by Giorgio Vasari, as well as the halls and apartments of the Grand Duchess Eleonora of Toledo.
